I understand, its hard times. I have had my Fair share of hard times throughout my existence, and I definitely understand it cannot change overnight or even in a month, small changes over long periods of time will always benefit the future rather than doing nothing and the result be nothing.

What are our long-term options?


We are so focused on the dream career to lead to our happy retirement whilst we forget about living right now. Yes, some may be able to do this earlier in life, reality is that it is not destined for all of us no matter how hard we work, no matter what we sacrifice or what we do in our past time to try and keep up, we just chase our tail getting exhausted. We always look forward or back, but we never actually look down where our feet are and where they are connected.

What starts at our feet?

Could you survive without a car? without the medium amount of wage? Do you have the very basics survival tactics in life down? Can you grow some produce if you needed to? I know, I know! extremes but are they really? Learning how to make food out of nothing, source resources without any cash on hand at all and never needing to buy expensive clothes whilst looking your very best can be implemented to make other aspects of your life so much easier. Get back to the basics to make your life so much easier and cheaper, your health with start to improve with great cheat but nutritious meals!
